First of all, trackers are not meant to be plotters. The only person who should reply to a tracker is the person who created it, on the characters' accounts. Second, there is only one tracker per member. You should keep track of all of your characters in one tracker. You can keep each character's information in separate replies, if you wish, but keep it in one thread.
If you've never used a tracker before, they are for listing (and possibly linking to) threads your character is in-their application, plot thread, any request threads, phones, emails, and RP threads as well (including actual threads, AIM threads, etc.) Some people also sometimes add small descriptions of what each thread is, or sort RP threads into "active", "dead" or "pending". How you organize your tracker is up to you, though.
