HOW TO USE THE APP:
- Copy the form from the code box and paste it into a new thread in the "new apps" board.
- Be sure to answer everything, and remove things that are not applicable (for example, if your character is a police office, remove the "rank" section that's for medical personnel.)
- Just remove any staff notes from the app and replace them with the answer.
- If you cannot finish your app in one sitting, put [ nf ] in the thread title. Once it's finished, remove the [ nf ] and bump the thread so staff knows to look at it.
- Also remember to replace the filler image (right about the "first middle last") with a 450 x 300 image of your PB.
